Over the past few months, St Ann’s parish engaged in conversations about who we are called to be. Now we are ready to begin our search for a new rector to inspire and lead us forward.

In this profile you will read of our history, life together and of the exciting ministries in which we are jointly and severally engaged.

The financial package

Nashville’s housing prices reflect the region’s popularity. Consequently, our compensation package begins at a figure that allows our rector to live comfortably in the area—ideally in the neighborhood. While the salary is negotiable based on experience, the total of our our cash compensation and Social Security reimbursement begins at $83,967. The full cost of health insurance for the rector will be covered by the parish. Health insurance coverage for the rector’s family will be cost shared by the rector and the parish. Additionally, we provide a standard pension contribution, professional development and travel expenses.
